Orders within Amman are typically delivered within 24-48 hours. Deliveries to other cities across Jordan may take a bit longer depending on the shipping zone. You'll see the estimated delivery fee for your city at checkout.

Yes — orders above a certain amount qualify for free delivery anywhere in Jordan. The exact threshold is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

You can view the status of your order anytime from your account's Order History page. We'll also reach out via WhatsApp to confirm your order and keep you posted as it's prepared and shipped.

You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met: • The item is not customized — no name or number has been printed on it. • It is in its original condition, unused and undamaged. • It is inside its original packaging bag. • The original tag is still attached and has not been removed. Note: items that have been customized with a printed name or number cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can items with a removed tag or original bag, or after 48 hours have passed since delivery.

Contact us right away via WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Every product page has a Size Guide button with a full measurement chart (chest, length, shoulder) and a height range for each size, in both cm and inches. If you're between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Yes. On the product page, choose "Custom Name & Number" under Printing, then enter your name (up to 12 characters) and number (up to 2 digits). Some products also offer official player printing presets with popular names already set up.

Some jerseys can have a competition or club badge added for a small additional fee, shown next to each option on the product page. Select "No Badge" if you'd prefer the jersey without one.

Custom printing (name and number) takes 24 to 48 hours from the time your order is confirmed, to ensure the highest print quality before your item ships.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), CliQ, and Zain Cash. For CliQ and Zain Cash, you'll pay to the alias/number shown at checkout and enter your transaction reference number so we can confirm your payment.

Cash on Delivery is available across our delivery zones in Jordan. Enter your city at checkout to see the applicable delivery fee and confirm COD is available for your area.
