Return Policy

You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met: • The item is not customized — no name or number has been printed on it. • It is in its original condition, unused and undamaged. • It is inside its original packaging bag. • The original tag is still attached and has not been removed.

Items customized with a printed name or number cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can items with a removed tag or original bag, or after 48 hours have passed since delivery.

Received the wrong item or a defective product? Contact us right away via WhatsApp with your order number and a photo — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
